Quick Pork Cutlets
Pan-fry thin pork cutlets in equal amounts of butter and olive oil in hot skillet. Transfer cutlets to plate; set aside. Deglaze pan by whisking in a splash of Kressmann Sélection Chardonnay. Squeeze in some fresh lemon and add 1 Tbsp of capers. Drizzle over cutlets.
