Cheese Tortellini plate
Great for pre-dinner entertaining, or for casual social get-togethers. To make sauce heat 2 Tbsp. butter with 1/2 cup whipping cream, then whisk in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and a splash of Kressmann Sélection Chardonnay. Cook over low heat, whisking frequently, until smooth and slightly thickened. Cook fresh cheese tortellini according to package directions; drain. Stir in some of the sauce. Arrange tortellini over baby arugula on individual small plates; drizzle with additional sauce.
