Enjoy salmon on the grill! Soak cedar plank for at least 2 hours. Prepare marinade by combining 2 Tbsp. each of Kressmann Sélection Chardonnay, maple syrup, vegetable oil and some fresh chopped herbs. Marinate 4 skin-on salmon filets for 30 min; discard marinade. Preheat cedar plank on hot grill for a few minutes. Transfer salmon, skin side down on to plank. Season with salt and pepper. Close lid and cook approx. 10 min or until done. Serve hot or cold.
