A recipe family and friends will love! Prepare marinade by combining 1/4 cup each of Kressmann Sélection Merlot and vegetable oil with 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 minced garlic clove and some Montreal Steak Spice. Marinate 1 lb of cubed sirloin steak for 1 hour; discard marinade. Assemble 4 kebobs using marinated steak, peppers, onions, tomatoes. Grill.
