Beef, Mushroom and Cheese Panini
Build a better panini with Kressmann! Sauté sliced mushrooms in olive oil until softened. Add a splash of Kressmann Sélection Merlot, salt and coarsely ground black pepper and cook a few minutes longer. Spread halved Panini buns with mustard or horseradish; top with thinly sliced deli roast beef, cooked mushrooms and sliced Swiss cheese. Place assembled and lightly greased Panini sandwiches in preheated Panini press until cheese has melted.
