To make Bolognese sauce, sauté chopped onion, carrot and celery in olive oil in large skillet. Add 1 lb lean ground beef, breaking up with a fork, and cook until no longer pink. Stir in a large can of diced tomatoes, a few Tbsp. of tomato paste, 1/2 cup of Kressmann Sélection Merlot and Italian seasonings. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour. Serve over freshly cooked and drained spaghetti or other pasta.
